SMART SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTERS

SPID, in partnership with the Tech Mahindra Foundation, has operated the SPID SMART Vocational Training Center in Uttam Nagar since 2014 and in Nangloi since 2016. This ongoing program is dedicated to empowering young individuals from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds who have completed their 10th grade and are at least 18 years old. Our mission is to equip these youths with the skills they need to confidently enter the workforce and access equal livelihood opportunities, enabling them to support their families and contribute meaningfully to their communities. We offer a variety of courses, including BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), CRS (Customer Relationship and Sales), Basic Computer Skills, Yuva English, and WPR (Workplace Readiness), all designed to help them succeed in today’s job market
