DISHA PROJECT

SPID leads the "Delhi Initiative for Safeguarding Health of Adolescents (DISHA)" under the Rashtriya Kishore Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK). The project focuses on enhancing DISHA clinics in Delhi by advocating for better infrastructure and appointing trained counselors. SPID raising awareness and promoting improvements. Through meetings with health officials and NGOs, SPID secured government support for appointing counselors. The project successfully built youth leadership and strengthened advocacy efforts, ensuring sustainable improvements in adolescent health services across Delhi.
