NEENV Delhi FORCES – Young Children's Rights Network

Building strong foundations for children through collective action, support, and empowerment

SPID serves as convener of this informal network of NGOs and individuals upholding the rights of young children in Delhi's slums and rehabilitation colonies.

Through public discussions, research, policy dialogues, surveys, and community forums, we promote early childhood care and development (ECCD), strengthen Anganwadi Centres (AWCs), expand quality crèche services, and engage families and frontline workers.

DISHA – Adolescent Health Services (Past Initiatives)

Safeguarding Adolescent Health Across Delhi

Led under Rashtriya Kishore Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK) to improve adolescent health services in Delhi. Upgraded clinic facilities, introduced trained counselors, and raised awareness about teenage health needs.

Trained young leaders in health rights advocacy and visited clinics for assessment and improvement. Youth-led outreach and public health system collaboration identified service gaps and supported solutions.
